Halloween Photos...

We all survived. The kiddos were actually really well behaved. It probably helps that I told them they wouldn't get to participate in our fun musical day if they didn't...more on that in a moment.

Here we are - Kristi & me. She MADE her skirt - she's so crafty. You can't see the cat very well in it, but it was the best photo of the bunch. I was a kitty. You can see a little bit of my tail...BTW, I'm not really that much taller than Kristi - I had tall shoes on & didn't think to remove them until later. Oops! :)

Here we are with our beloved glow sticks. This year I bought glow sticks for the students & we sang songs & played musical games, (including music dance freeze) all in the dark. They LOVED it. And like I said, they were great because they knew that if they messed around, I'd send them outside to wait during the rest of class, without their glow stick. Good thing I follow through - because they believed me & I didn't have any problems yesterday. :) The last class of the day got to take the glow sticks home. Oh my were they thrilled. It was like Christmas on Halloween...

Cute costumes! (is that the Kristi that is doing the 52 card scrap up?)

Love the glow sticks...I bet the kids were beyond excited. What a fun teacher you are!

I'm so glad you put up a picture because Kathryn told me she wasn't sure what you were, but you just had some weird ears on your head! ;) Gotta love her. Good job on keeping the kids in line. And I thought you were a very cute kitty cat.

So cute!!

But you know what has me really laughing? Your totally random point about you not being taller than Kristi ... I don't think anyone would have thought anything about that and yet you felt the need to clarify, HAHA.

And yes, you are a way cool music teacher, maybe if I'd had you I'd be on American Idol! :P
