Let's Paint The Town Red...

...or at least Ella's nursery pink & white...

Yesterday, my fabulous friends Nicole & Andrea painted Ella's nursery for us. Nicole came over bright & early & the girls got started. While they painted, I sorted her clothes & accessories. By the end of the day, errands had been run, the nursery had been painted, the clothes had been sorted & washed,  the guest room had been transformed into the beginnings of a baby's room, & some of the furniture had even been painted. Here are some pictures of the process. I don't have any pictures of the final product yet - because it's not done...maybe by next weekend.

Thank you Nicole & Andrea for ALL of your time & help yesterday. You girls outdid yourselves - & we appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts!!

Glad to help! After observing all the clothing you'd received I have made a solemn vow to BUY GIFTS FROM THE REGISTRY for all future mothers. The first 324 pink outfits were cute...after that it's just impractical. You and Ella are so loved!

What sweet friends! Can't wait to see the nursery all done, it's fun to say nursery. When they move from the crib to a twin bed it just turns into room.
Man I think I'm in need of a baby fix.;o)

Such fun! Can't wait to see the final outcome of the room...I mean nursery :) And seriously, how long did the sorting of the clothes take you? I don't think I've ever seen so many baby clothes in my life. :) Ella will be one stylin' baby! Excited for Tuesday...

At least you were working while your friends painted. I remember sitting in the middle of the room in my the glide rocker, eating ice cream as my friend painted Bryson's nursery. :)

Can't wait to see the completed project!
