Tough Read. If you just start the first few chapters you will walk away with a horrible taste in your mouth. Read to the end and you will have walked through challenges I think everyone who believes in a Higher Power should face. Amazing book, I think I will re-read it now.
I have read it and found it...interesting. It really challenged my view of the trinity and how I view God...but in a good way. Some parts of me really struggled with the more liberal views, but then I thought that was also good -because it really made me think about what and HOW I believe.
Interesting book, good read, and definitely will cause you to think!

I wouldn't bother. From the bits I read, it was just plain weird.
I'm going to tell Jim to post on this topic. He TORE through The Shack in about two days and was really intrigued by it.

Read it. Very interesting. Fascinating view of the Trinity.
I have some girlfriends that read it and liked it. I am interesed in reading it as well.
