We took Eloise to South Carolina to visit with Nana, Dad (who was also visiting) & our family. We had a wonderful time. In fact, I miss Nana & the lake already...
While we were there, we thought we would help Eloise like water. We bought her a wading pool, had a vast lake for her to explore (although I was not too keen on that idea) & had some boating planned for her. In order for her to go boating, she needed a life vest. I found this one on clearance at Target - how awesome is it??

Garrett use to HATE being in the water too. It lasted a couple summers...I have funny pictures of him sitting on the outside of the little pool while Kylee & Maddy are happily playing in the water. Little Ella did look awfully cute not liking the water too! :)
Maybe it's a first born thing? Because we're control freaks? Or maybe only first borns born to first borns?
E didn't like the water either really until last year. He was happy to sit on the edge or just throw things into the water, LOL.
I love her faces though ... oh the torture!! The one of Tim laughing with her is too funny!

It's not a first born thing, I loved the water from the get go. Keep trying, she might change her mind. At any rate, the pics are too cute!
